SIZING

Rings are made in US whole sizes, if you need a half size in a particular style please let us know. If you are uncertain your ring size please see this guide. For necklaces or bracelets, you will need a piece of string and a measuring rule. measure a piece of jewelry you already own or take the string and fit to size around your neck or wrist.

SHIPPING

We ship to all domestic, U.S. locations and ship to international locations. We try to keep stock, but you will be notified if the piece needs to be made, please allow up to 1-4 weeks for delivery on all orders. All orders areshipped through USPS. Once order has shipped you will receive tracking information. 

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are more than happy with every Panzell piece you add to your jewelry collection. All pieces are handmade, made to order and considered special. We do not accept returns, provide refunds or store credit. 

DAMAGES / REPAIR 

If your piece of Panzell jewelry needs repair at any time please contact us at info@panzelljewelry.com with images and a description of damage. Cost of shipping and repairs vary depending on the case of your piece.
